An amateur's attempt at some Greek translations

I started this translation in October 2009, using John Dyer's online Greek New Testament.  I was working and studying in Taiwan at the time.  If you have any comments about how bad this is please comment in the forum here.

Paul's Letter to The Ephesians

Paul, by God’s will an apostle of Christ Jesus, to the holy ones in Ephesus and those believing in Christ Jesus: Grace and peace to you from our Father God and the from the Lord Jesus Christ.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the one who:
• Blessed us in every spiritual blessing in the heavens in Christ
• Chose us in him before the foundation of the earth to be holy ourselves and without blemish in his sight in love
• Predestined us into adoption, through Jesus Christ, in him, according to the desire of his will
…into praise of glory of his grace which made which made us graceful in the one he loved, in whom we have liberation by the ransom of his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the fullness of his grace, which overflowed on us with all wisdom and understanding making known to use the mystery of his will, according to his desire which he exposed to public view in him and is administered in the fullness of time, gathering together everything to be one in Christ: those in the heavens and those on earth, in whom also we obtain an inheritance, having been predestined for the purpose of effecting everything in accordance with the desire of his will, in which we, having our first trust in Christ, are in praise of is glory; in whom also you (having heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and, in whom you have believed) have been marked with a seal of the promise of the Holy Spirit from the Holy One, which is a deposit/pledge of our inheritance, a purchased redemption, in praise of his glory.

Because of this even I, having heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the holy ones, do not stop giving thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers, so that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you a spirit of wisdom and a revelation through his knowledge, enlightening the eyes of your heart to know that the faith is his calling, that the riches of his glorious inheritance are in the holy ones and his strength which transcends greatness is for us, the ones believing in the work of his mighty power which was at work in Christ, raising him from death and setting him at his right hand in the heavens far above all created things and authority and powers and governments and all names being mentioned not only in this age but also in the one to come; and he placed all things under his feet, and he granted him head over all the church, which is his body, the fullness of everything everywhere being carried through to the end.

And you, you were being dead to your trespasses and your sins in which once you walked according to the age of this world, according to the ruler of the power of the air, of the spirit of the one now working in the sons of unbelief; in whom also we all were living once in the lusts of our flesh, performing the will of the flesh and of the imagination, and we were children, by nature, like the others too. But God, being rich in mercy, through his great love with which he loved us even as we were being dead to sin, made us one alive together in Christ – by grace you have been saved – and we were raised up together and we were set down together in heaven in Christ Jesus, so that he may show in the coming age the exceeding greatness of his grace in the integrity of us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not from you, but the gift of God, not out of works, so that no-one may boast. For we are his workmanship, we were created in Christ Jesus for good works which God prepared beforehand so that we might make use of them.
